Aeroplane Brand encapsulates Chia Tai’s high quality and innovative products
The two founding brothers adhered deeply to “quality assurance”. To ensure great quality, seeds were carefully packed in sealed paper packets, marked with expiry dates. The “Aeroplane”, which symbolized the most innovative technology at that time, was used as the logo and brand name. The “Aeroplane Brand” has since encapsulated Chia Tai’s high quality and innovative products. This brand name was changed to its Thai namesake, “Kruang Bin“, in 1975.

“Choncharoen Farm”, the second R&D Station, was established in Kanchanaburi.
The second R&D Station was set up to conduct trials and breeding programs at a larger scale. This station today serves as Chia Tai’s main R&D Station where varieties are developed by Chia Tai’s breeders and scientists.
